2. Account & Registration

To open an account with 3333ba, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created using false or misleading details may be permanently suspended at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may only open one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number when creating an account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• A national ID card or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, 3333ba may temporarily suspend it pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

6. Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct

• Any attempt to collude with other players for unfair advantage will result in both accounts being closed.

8. Account Suspension or Closure

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 3333ba and any user, we will first attempt to resolve it through direct communication. Our support team aims to address all complaints within 72 hours.

• In disputes over game outcomes, RNG logs and server records will be considered final and conclusive evidence.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority.
• 3333ba's decisions are final and binding.
